Visa Information for COECSA 2025
In preparation for COECSA 2025, we would like to remind all delegates and sponsors to kindly apply for their visas.
If you would like assistance with your visa application, please kindly complete the before visa support form and someone from the events team will be in touch to support you. Please also find a step-by-step guide for the eVisa application.

Please submit the above form and a member of the Congress Events Team will contact you to provide you with an invitation and application letter for your application.
The Events Organiser will provide a reference number, invitation, and application letter, including the
necessary information for the visa application.
We recommend that participants apply for a conference/workshop visa.
Categories B and C – Currently, immigration requires all participants to apply online for their
visa. In some cases, passengers may not be allowed to board a flight without a valid visa.
